The Fine Print
I require at least 48 hours notice if you are cancelling your appointment. If you cancel the day before your appointment there is a 50% charge. If you cancel the day of there is a full charge. No future appointments will be booked if the payments have not been made.

I kindly ask that every client arrive with clean smooth hair ready for your hair to be fitted. This also applies to your maintenance appointments.

If you NO SHOW any type of appointment with me and fail to respond or get in touch with me, then you will be black listed and no appointments will ever be booked in future.

I do not purchase your hair unless you have paid for your hair in advance through me. If you have already brought your hair yourself and need me to fit it then let me know prior.

If you arrive to your maintenance appointments with severely matted hair there is a surcharge on top of your regular fee for your maintenance.
This is from £35 depending on the severity. If your hair is severely matted there is a high chance I will not refit your hair as it’s a clear indication after care is not being followed.
